False advertising on Booking.Com Refuse refund Disgustingly filthy Broken elevator buttons, taped with masking tape Booking.Com still has them on their website, even after numerous complaints and photo evidence. Absolutely horrific experience, and would advise each and every person I come across to never stay here.
