MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL EVER

Today 31st of January 2020,we arrived at Happy Rhino Hotel to check in for a booking made in December 2019. Coming here to find out there are no rooms available and we're 12 people stranded and nowhere to go.Contacted the general manager and all he could say is sorry for the mistake made.Now they can only book us in a backpackers hotel and not sure where we going to sleep the next day.This is ****ING unacceptable,unprofessional and the most disgusting I've ever felt,just by the way we're and the situation being treated.
