Misrepresentation & a Big Flop!! *****

This place will sell you dreams, the pictures are a complete opposite of what you find at arrival. No porter,dust everywhere, no fan no air on, you go through some dangerous foyers to get to a room where there are no towels or bathroom complimentary soaps windows don’t even close properly. It’s a disgrace, such misrepreyfor people to travel from far only to find disappointment. All I need is a refund, at first I thought I should get an alternative room but the staff is no even friendly.
