Is this a hotel for real?

This is just terrible. I paid for 13nights. This place has no backup power or a generator for essentials and out of their 7floors, the lift only goes up to 5th floor then you must climb stairs. I've had my stage 4 Cancer eat away at my spine so 4mnthscago I had spinal surgery. So I requested to move to a ***** floor. In this room the TV doesn't work, nor does the fridge. I've been waiting for them to done and fix it for 3hrs now. This is December, it's festive season. This sucks
