Hotel room of Horror

I booked from 30April 2021 to 3rd of May2021 the guy at reception gave me a room with no toilet paper no Tv no Towels no Fridge no kettle no cup. The room was like a room of a backpackers but yet a backpackers room at least have a tv in. I asked them why do i get a room like that i mean i could have booked in by a backpackers than so they said to me its fully booked the for the Saturday so they gonna give me a other room the Sunday but yet nothing. How on earth can a Hotel or backpackers take your money and when you complain they say that its policy that there is no refund. I feel it was unfair towards me. I had to buy toiletpaper for the hotel room. Most of the time i walked around because of the bad room i was in. The bedding smell like stink feet. I want my money back.!!!!!
