HORRIFIC!

<p>They deserve zero stars. After reading bad reviews, and after a bad experience that friends had staying at Happy Rhino Hotel, I cancelled my booking with them. It has been more than two months, I have yet to recieve my refund. The staff are unhelpful; they are unable to answer questions about where my money is; the accountant, manager, and owner are never available to speak to; promises get made for them to call me back, nobody ever phones me back. They do not respond to e-mails, or phone calls. Happy Rhino is breaking their cancellation policy, and they have ****** my money. Reviews and photos are a ****. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! You will regret it. My next step, is taking legal action against them.</p>
