These people are ********. I reserved a room for a week's stay and paid full in advance around R4500. The booking was apparently fully refundable but when I had to cancel my booking due to medical reasons I could not get the money back no matter how hard I tried. I even got lawyers involved and sent them a doctors note explaining my current condition. The most ********* business I have ever come across.
