Happy Rhino misleading

Be aware of this Hotel and owners. Had really bad experience and owners not attending to complaints and refund. Advertising something and on arrival seeing something else. Very misleading after paying R1600 in advance. Still to date no response from owners or manger or staff. After we were informed of refund no money to date.
