Happy Rhino Hotel

Happy Rhino Hotel Cape Town is the worst. Rats 🐀 ate through my luggage in the hotel. I tolerated their poor hospitality. Their receptionists suck. They'll be literally talking and laughing with their friends or be on the their phones at the same time they are helping you. You go in the morning come back in the evening to find housekeeping not done. When you complain the say "Don't worry, we'll make sure tomorrow it's sorted". Needless to say that happened a number of times. Worse was when the manager said that there's nothing they can do about my luggage and clothes eaten by rats. She told me that if I don't believe her she can show me their policy that the damage to my bags and clothing was my responsibility and there's nothing they can do about it. Ohh and the hotel is riddled with ****roaches, even in the bathroom. I would NEVER recommend that hotel to anyone.
