Happy Rhino Hotel Cape Town unhappy guest 1000%

I booked to stay at the Happy Rhino for 2 nights the 26,27 June. You trust that what they advertise will be what you can expect. That is why they post pictures and go on about how comfortable your stay will be. Only to get there and be in complete disbelief of what you actually getting. The Hotel when you come in seems ok, until you get to your room. Which is a complete shock. It feels dirty, it looks dirty! And it smells. All of the above senses that is supposed to pleased are just absolutely shocked. Instead of feeling welcomed you feel cheated. But I should of checked the reviews before booking so then I would of known what to expect.I urge people to do that first. Please Happy Rhino change your pictures for guests to make a propper decision what to expect when they arrive in there booked room. They also do not refund you any percentage of the money you paid them so you forefit every cent you paid. And when they ask you for a review and you rate them poorly they tell you that they cannot use it! So quest who deserve to know the truth about what to expect at Happy Rhino are refused transparency, whether you decide to leave and loose all your money and stay in a dump they just dont really care because they get their money anayway.
