Happy Rhino Hotel

Worst hotel in Cape Town, booked for a party of 10, upon arrival the reception had an overwelming urine smell, dirty floors and rude reception. We demanded our money back and we were told that it's non-refundable and that we must live with it. We booked at another venue that was more cost effective , clean and had great service. Happy Rhino Hotel is a no go for anyone with basic hygiene standards
