Happy Rhino hotel

We booked the hotel 4 months before the Arghus in Cape town! We arrived 22h00 at the hotel room and checked in our bags! What they advertise on the website and what the hotel rooms looks like are two worlds apart! It is absolutly disgusting!!! **** in the toilet,kracked walls,dirty shower floors dirty blankets,dirty walls and look like somebody was busy doing their thing on our hotel room bed!! I want my money back happy Rhino hotel!!!!
