Extremely Bad Hotel

We booked this hotel using booking.com The pictures as per the website were very attractive and catchy which allowed us to book this hotel.

Our scheduled dates of accomadation are from 27th December 2018 until 2nd January 2019.

The hotel room shower facilities are absolutely dirty. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The room looks dirty. The hotel is situated in a dingy place.

We are totally disgusted with this hotel. This is totally unacceptable.

We expect a full refund since we are changing hotels.
