DONT BOOK AT HAPPY RHINO

DO NOT BOOK AT HAPPY RHINO! I so wish I had read the reviews first before booking. We had booked to stay for a week coming up in September. My mom is now unable to walk properly so upon reading further about the accommodation we realized there are stairs. We notified them and understood if there was a penalty fee but some sort of refund was expected especially giving them over a months notice and having a medical reason. We had no personal email back just a reply with the terms and conditions stating no refunds. We therefore asked Booking.com for help as we had booked through them and they got the same reply. I cant believe booking.com would have such an ********** hotel on offer, it seriously brings down their credibility. I just cant believe they can treat people this way especially as we had a medical reason.
