Dissapointed

The place is a **** show, what a joke..it's not as the adverts, the lifts dont work, the water leaked on the floor, broken Windows, the mattress, the plugs dont work,tv has dstv adverts and 2 other channels, I almost broke my ankle coming down the steps, we paid for parking which was so dirty. The guy at the door said someone was going to come look at plugs no one did, we stayed there few hours and booked out the same day, people walking in their underwear in the wall ways..we lost our money when leaving I went to collect ID and the man at the reception gave me a man's ID and asked if it was me...I'm disgusted. Lost my money for a BAD BAD experience and it is sad..I want my money back.
