I didn't stay in they hotel .That is why your policy is non refundable. They know very well that the place is dirty,everyone will ask for refund. Well I will take this to court.in your policy you didn't mention that the rooms are **** and not what is in the pictures . selling **** advertising and Booking.com should take the advert down .It is frode.
