disgusting so called hotel

The accommodation in question was absolutely disgusting

 Both the room and bathroom had a very strong smell of cement and unpleasant odor.  Alarm on the door sensors were going off permanently not just ours but majority of the rooms.  Hotel was undergoing construction during this period which we were not made aware off prior. This was quite uncomfortable as the only source of ventilation was from the one window, which had the construction workers walking by 24/7.  This was an invasion of our privacy!!!  I am very disgusted with the service in the entirety.

Because of these events not being suitable for our stay, we had the inconvenience of looking for alternative accommodation which in turn costed me more money.

I would like a refund immediately.
