Disgusting Rhino

If I could give this establishment a zero star rating I would. This place has no class whatsoever. Im not even going to comment on how late check in took because granted their system was slow. Besides check in taking so long it took them a while to give us our room which had no key which meant we couldn't leave our room to go anywhere as we had valuables in the room. One of our blankets were so dirty we had to sleep under one single blanket for two people and we didn't even recieve any towels. The noise geez granted nothing the establishment can do about other people's behavior but they do not have security in place or anything. We had people walking and shouting down the halls the entire night. Someone even tugged on our door trying to open it several times and mind you the lock on our door was broken so it had one of those locks that you bolt to the door which was very flimsy and i did not feel safe at all and i could not wait to leave the next morning. We went down to check out and the receptionist asked us how our stay was and she could see on oir faces that we did not have a good time i told her only about the towel and bedding situation as i wanted to get out there as fadt as i could. She then proceeded to tell me i can message their watsapp number to lay a complaint and they would then give us a voucher. Mind you we got one reply saying they will get back to us no one rep**** to our messages after that and they continue to read with out replying. Truly disgusting and poor service i will never go there again and i will never recommend them to anyone stay away they do not care.
