Disgusted

One word, Disappointment, false advertising, the place was an absolute disgrace, the front desk had no customer experience, they seriously need to be trained the basics. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and shockingly there was no mop in the room to wipe up the water, this wouldn't be the case if they had the basics in the room, never again! worst experience ever.
