Complain

Checked in at 9pm was tired the room was dirty, looks nothing like what we saw on the internet u can literally c someone was sleeping there and they checked us in,we booked for an apartment and we got a dirty hotel room as small as my bathroom, the plan was to stay for 4 nights we only gonna stay for 1 and check in somewhere else cos we can not,,,, false adverti*****t
