Bad service

On the 10th of November it was my partner’s birthday.I’ve booked Rhino on the 9th November and the amount was R660.We arrived on the 10th and the lady at the reception changed the twin beds room I’ve booked to double bed and I asked why? Didn’t get a valid reply.When we went to our room we met guys who were changing dirty mattresses with blood stains.The whole passage was smelling armpits and cigarettes smoke.We entered the room to my surprised the list online with what you’ll get inside the room not even half is available.My man sat on the bed and it made some some noise.The furniture was full of cigarettes burnt and dirty.The linen was smelling.I went to reception and ask them if they can give us another room as it’s my partner’s birthday we can’t live our clean beds at home to that mess.I was showed another room which was worse to the one they gave us.Then I asked them if there’s anything we can do and I was willing to pay more.I was ignored and asked for refund which was not a problem but at least a voucher.I paid R100 cash for parking and also that I didn’t get and was told they will add it to the booking amount and will send me a voucher on my email.I booked another hotel while I was in front of them and we left with a broken heart.When I checked in at another hotel they send me a WhatsApp message telling me that I must come back they will upgrade me.They ignored me and I booked another place in front of them and now after some time they talked which I told them when I booked that they are playing with peoples time.I never get the voucher till today.The online pictures are over rated and Happy Rhino hotel standard is very poor and the customer service is 0%.This establishment needs to be closed because they use it for prostitution and other bad services .They can’t call it a hotel any more..All in all Happy Rhino is filthy ,bad smell,And not a place you’ll be comfortable at.It’s really disgusting what I came across at Rhino and lost R760 which I was supposed to use to pamper my man.
