Bad Hotel!

I checked in on 30th March and was so disappointed with everything.

The room is tiny, with a broken sunk in bed & leg, a tv that does not work, I have not seen a snowy tv in many years! When we use the shower the whole bathroom and toilet is wet and we had to go all the way down for towels!

It also states online that the room comes with heating and a fan which i saw none of. The bar fridge even froze our coldrink & our room had one coffee sachet!

I am extremely disappointed as we came for our anniversary. We booked out a day earlier as we were suppose to only book out Thursday 01 April.

We also opted for the underground parking as we thought it would be safer but omg how disgusting, it stinks and at a charge of R150 per day when we were actually advised there would be parking. We paid the R300 but as we not parking there the 2nd day & evening, we should have been refunded our R150 that’s the least you u can do as that was paid on the day of arrival. So many people booked in the same night and all were disappointed with their rooms!

Please advise with regard to my refund of my parking money.
