Bad hospitality

I'm so disappointed with this place. I booked a room for 2 people, a standard room. The policy read that it comes with a fridge only to find out when we got to the room there's no fridge. I went downstairs to find out and the guy at reception said they'll arrange I get one. It's been 2hrs since check in but no fridge. Too much noise in the corridors. Checking in took forever. I don't think I'll ever back here again. I regret booking this place.
