UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
THE PORTAL SAYS THAT I OWE THEM MONEY AND I HAVE PLACED ORDERS IN FEBRUARY WHILE I HAVENT USED MY HAPPY PAY IN 3 MONTHS NOW , PLEASE MAY THIS BE RECTIFIED URGENTKY BECAUSE MONEY IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

No additional orders have been made in February 2026. However, your first instalment was paid late, and your second instalment has remained unpaid since January 2025.
