Not happy with Happy Pay.
I tried this platform to make a purchase online without success, it continuously gave me an error and when I tried to contact Happy Pay it gave me a WhatsApp AI chat bot with zero useful assistance or direction to resolve the issue. When I requested to be directed to a support agent the chat bot did not do as requested. I used another method. Not happy with Happy Pay.
