I bought an item which turned out to be out of stock, The merchant has refunded me in full since they failed to deliver. Happy pay has only refunded me 80% of the purchase and are even lying stating that the merchant only refunded me 50%. Vera Valentine does not even know how to count money which I think should have been a basic requirement for this type of work. They refuse to show me proof that the merchant only refunded 50% because they know they are lying!
