3rd rate purchase process
The purchase process is 3rd rate with disjointed and contradictory prompts. The same applies to Bot and support communication. No thank you!

Thank you for reaching out. I’d like to take a moment to clarify our payment options and how they work to ensure you have all the necessary information. We have sent you an Emil but we have not received a response as yet .
HappyPay Plus:
This is our primary offering, prominently displayed on merchant websites. With HappyPay Plus, users can make payments in two installments without requiring an initial deposit. To access this option, users are required to link their bank accounts for an affordability assessment. Based on this assessment, a spending limit is allocated. Once the limit is approved, users can proceed with purchases without needing to make a deposit. On the merchant’s website, this is presented as our primary offering. During the purchase journey, it is clearly indicated that users need to upgrade and link their bank account to access the no-deposit option.
HappyPay Lite:
This is our default payment option, designed for users who may encounter challenges linking their bank accounts or prefer not to do so. HappyPay Lite allocates a minimum spending limit based on the user’s credit score. Since no affordability assessment is performed, a deposit is required for this option to mitigate the higher credit risk.
Bank Charges:
Thank you for your review and hope to have the matter resolved

Bank Charges:
- We do not charge a fee to connect a bank account.
- A tokenization fee of R5 is charged when adding a bank card. This fee helps verify that funds are available, ensures the card is active, and covers the cost of tokenizing the card for future installment payments. The card is also used to process debits on the scheduled payment dates.
Thank you for your review and hope to have the matter resolved
