Zero customer service and *****

A horrible place to be, we phoned them before purchasing the tickets to enquire what will happen if we get there and it rains, they said the place opens regardless now we get to the gate, it is partially cloudy and they tell us they are closed because of the weather, they are telling us about refunds, who will pay for the other expenses like petrol money, we were coming all the way from north west, bad management. Go there at your risk because you might be returned at the gate
