What a complete waste of time and money

What an absolute nightmare.

Where do I start... Firstly it took us about 30min to buy tickets, followed by another 20min to rent a locker and tubes. This was followed by another queue at another section of the park to get a ticket for the rented tube, and then another queue just to get the actual tube. That is how the day started.

After the endless waiting we found out (after spending a lot of money to enter the park) that the wavepool was not in working order and that half the park was still under construction. After 3 hours in the park we only had the opportunity to go on 2 slides due to the endless queues. This trend continued the whole day. Here is a list of issues issues in summary:

1. Complete mismanagement by staff and general bad attitudes 2. No signs to assist customers other than the 'you are here' maps here and there 3. Weird smells in places (at some point it smelled like we walked past a decomposing animal) 4. Buying a certain tube size limits you to certain rides (single, double tubes etc.). We were not made aware of this which falls into the 'ripoff' category 5. Health and safety doesn't exist at the park (constructions sites not cordoned off properly / exposed rebar underneath slides where kids were playing) 6. Some of the slides were closed midway through the day due to a lack of water (a waterpark with water problems) 7. Waiting 30-40mins to go on a slide 8. Half the park is not even finished yet. The only pools available were 2 small kids splash pools (maybe 5m*3m) serving thousands of people.

I could go on... Spending R200pp on promotion was a ripoff to say the least. Next price increase is R395 per person which is laughable. I will never set foot there ever again! I hope other people take caution before deciding to visit the park.
