Wanting my discounted tickets

I am truly disappointed that Happy Island for misleading the us for falsely advertising a special then blocking the sales of the tickets they website was fully functioning except the option to purchase tickets you were able to make a donation even but not purchase tickets and I wasn't able to purchase the tickets I sent an email asking for assistance on the 24 August 2020 whilst the special was still available yet no response only 3 weeks later did they bother to respond to the my request conveniently after they special had ended I have been in communication with Polite who keeps feeding me this lie about network problem and after reading their Facebook comments seem like a lot of people had this 'network "problem I think it is totally unacceptable to advertise something then cut it off before the end date of the special because it is very clear that they blocked the purchase of tickets way before the 1 September 2020. all I ask is that I be given my discount as the email I sent was very specific of what I require and was sent way before the special ended.
