Terrible experience

The day we arrived there was no power so no slides were working. We were told its half price and we would receive a 50 percent refund 3 to 5 working days later. 3 weeks later no refund after emailing them twice.

The bathrooms are disgusting. 3 toilets only which are tiny. Toilet paper on the floor. No lights because of no power.

The showers are no curtains and there is open sections where people can view in.

Never going back there. No customer service.
