Still owed a refund

Bought tickets online for entrance and lunch. When we got there they said tags are finished we should wait for them. We waited at the restaurant for hours for tags and lunch. Only left after being informed that we will get our full refund after waiting most of the day. No rides, no lunch. Only got the refund for lunch after being send from pillar to post. No refund for entrance tickets.
