******** customers of their money and now don't want to meet the Hyperli Voucher promises

I bought hyperli vouchers in March 2021 and before we could go, the park was closed due to Covid. There was a note on Hyperli that the tickets will not expire and can be used once the park is opened. Now since the park is opened I've been calling (some lady said I must leave my number she'll call me back and she never did) , sending emails, messages on Facebook one is responding with regards to redeeming those vouchers. I tried to redeem online on Happy Island site the system gives an error that the tickets are not valid. Happy Island took our money to meet their financial obligations during lockdown now they don't want us to redeem the vouchers as the money is already on their side. This is not fair and its **************** of the customers hard earned money.
