Poor service and communication failure

I enquired if they are open before buying tickets, only to get here and they are closed with no proper explanation. Spent 2hrs at the gate without being addressed. I called for refund which was declined, telling me to reschedule for another date when I drove 4hrs to get here.....which is another expense on its own. They should have sent messages to notify people not to come in the early hours to avoid people coming through for no reason. I don't see myself visiting this place after this kind of treatment. #hellisland
