Happy island

We were at happy island on the 2nd january 2023. What a desipontment. It will help if you mention at the paypoints that only 3 slides are working and no refunds. We had to drive far with kids exited and hyped for the day. And we had to stay for the day because we paid and was refused a refund 10min in. Terrible experience.
