Disappointment
Very disappointed. I thought I would take my friends to waterworld thinking it would be a great experience as it was a hot Saturday. When we got there the place looked unfinished the grass had hardly grown in most of the parts. The wild waves was under construction. We got there at about 12ish and went to the drop tube . Waited in line for 1 hour . Finally got to the top and then the 3 rides were broken . No water flow. They asked us to go down and wait . We asked how long it will take and they rep**** they don't know . Then we went to the orange and blue tube waited in the queue watching people push in ect . When we were in the queue for an hour and a half we saw another queue develop . Apparently it was forthe blue tube and the queue we were in was supposedly the orange tube . But we saw people from the blue line go onto the orange tube . We waited about 3 hours and we were finally in ththe front of the queue I asked the lady in charge how this works and she rep**** this is the orange queue and thats the blue queue . When I confronted her about what was happening she finally delegated accordingly but we were already upset and disappointed and didn't enjoy the ride as we were furious . After that we went back to the other tube to see if it was working it finally worked and we were once again at the top and once again it broke . This is the last time I will go there and pay R200 per person and after February they want to make it R400 per person . Are they crazy . This place should have never been open if it wasn't finished and working thoroughly. Regards
