Spent close to R1000 on tickets online. Lockdown was enforced a day before we had to go and now they refuse to refund us but rather force us to rebook. Why should we be forced to attend and put the health of our family at risk. They keep telling us about their Ts andCs. Covid is not a norm and cant be treated as such. Im tired of them telling me they escalating my issue and not dealing with the root problem. I want my money back
