Change or rescheduling of event date

Good day

I bought the 2 tickets on the 20th for the event of the 27th of December but unfortunately the weather was so bad and it was raining so i couldn't go..i called their support to change my date or reschedule my tickets date for the 3rd Friday of December 2021..but to my surprise they send me the tickets dated the 4th and i wont be available on that date hence i specifically asked them to make it the 3rd..yesterday i phoned them n explained to them and the lady i spoke to said they will correct the date and email me to correct date..but nothing..i again called this morning and spoke again to a lady who told me she will send my quiry to the relevant department but am still waiting even now and the 3rd is tomorrow..kindly intervene and assist.
