Bad morning trip to Happy Island Waterwold

The past weekend Sunday 2023/02/26 we wanne go to Happy Island Waterworld in Muldersdrift. Last time we were there it was very nice so back then we thought we wanted to go again. Saturday morning, we checked their website, and they said it will be half price due to Eskom problems they are having, which we can understand. No further updates were on their website. Sunday morning waking up early to drive there to go and enjoy the day and, on our way, there, no further updates as well. Getting there at 8 o`clock finding a note on their gate that the park will be closed due to Eskom problems. Only at 9 o`clock they updated their website. 9o`clock when they were supposed to open their gates. My question is why when they saw that the Eskom problem is not sorted yet the Saturday afternoon why not update their web site straight away. Is that not the reason to have a web site. Once my wife asked why the web site was not updated well in advance then the So-called big boss of HAPPY ISLAND WATERWORLD got his big boy pants on and had a go at her which i thought was uncalled for. So, guys just in short make sure the next time you want to visit the park that you have a backup plan. The HAPPY ISLAND WATERWORLD management team is unprofessional due to the fact that they do not keep their web site updated and how they reply to a question for the public.
