Filthy Dirty so called Guest House

We booked Happy Homes in Gqeberha Richmond Hills 22nd to 27 December 2023 for 4 adults. The place is filthy dirty everthing stinks and dirty from the garage.. We couldnt sleep there. We call the owner and he referred us to Afristay. We sent an email Afristay is not responding. We would like to have our money back. Afristay when was the last audit of that property. Pictures are deceiving, reviews is something else. This is a ****. The property is not in a good state to host guest. It need a clean up ,new furniture painting. Start from scratch and fix that property. The location also not safe. I rate them -0 Hello Peter please assist us Afristay to respond
