Hippo & Standard Bank Insurance

One of the Hippo Standard Bank consultants phoned me back after I inquired about home and car insurance, The standard bank consultant gave me a deal I accepted he promised to send me the package and its been over a month that I have been trying to cancel since I still have not received anything from the Standard Bank consultant, I got Hippo to phone me back the day after I accepted the Standard Bank quite to try and cancel it, the supervisor said she will get a standard bank consultant to phone me and now a month later the debit order went off but still no Hippo or Standard Bank? I have been trying to cancel this insurance because I decided to stay with my old insurance and I cant do so?
