Grooming trauma

German Shepherds taken yesterday for grooming. They were barely brushed. Stank terribly and were still matted! Also the old male was highly traumatised and reactive and we had to medicate him! Claudette’s response to my Facebook post was for pictures which I have put onto Facebook! Unfortunately she has removed the post on her side so no clients can see) I shall see if I can also post pics on HelloPeter! I am not petty and always rave about my highly skilled and professional Johannesburg groomers on FB but I WILL DEFINITELY post incompetence too- for the sake of the furbabies who have no voice of their own! I would never let this parlour near any living creature again- even a Chinese crested is probably beyond their capabilities!
