Poor service

Ordered a uv lamp from them, paid for it and received it and tried it after it arrived and it didn't work so they arranged for a pick up and then got back to me a few weeks later saying that they have no more stock so they will issue a refund. I contacted them twice and it's been a few months and I still have not received a refund.
