No Communication regarding my order

Regarding my order number(Orders Number: HD ********** ********** UzmEb; Courier Number: NA ********** 412),

On your website it states that the items will be dispatched within 2 to 3 days, 3 days has passed and my items hasn`t been dispatched yet,

Can you please let me know what is the delay and why am I not being informed about the delay or the progress of my order?
