Inferior products and bad customer service

I bought 3 suitcases from them. Using it for the first time, not even getting to my destination 2 of the suitcases broke while it was being loaded in the plane. They refused to even acknowledge the their products are inferior. Do not buy anything from them. It is a waste of money and time. Buy anywhere else but from them.
