Happydeals Bad service

I went on the bidorbuy website and Happydeals had advertised 4 piece duvet. I specifically stated on the instructions which duvet i wanted but they sent me the wrong colour. Upon complaining I was told that the one i wanted is no loner availabel and i should return it via post office or go to their warehouse.

Before i purchased the duvet I first read their terms and conditions regarding returns/refunds. They said that in case you want to return the item a courier will come but now they want me to go to post office and use my money to return an item that is a mistake on their part? Delivery Terms: PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS AND NO PO BOX ADDRESS. Delivery Methods: Door-to-door courier. Collections are only allowed to buy now and not auction winners.

Return/Refund Policy: Note for returns you will need to email us within 7 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the return request our team will make contact with you and arrange a suitable time for our courier to pick up the returned item. Once we received the returned item from our courier we will inspect the item and revert back to you with the outcome(Replacement or Refund). NB Please make sure to send the item back in its original box with all the plastic, accessories and packing material. NOTE *** TOYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES.
