I have purchased spinning mops but when it arrive the buckets was cracked and the handle of the mop was broken.

They said i could send the mops back an they will pay for the shipping costs from the post office, I have sended back the item as still waiting for my refund or reply.

They don't reply me at all Dissapointing!
