Customer service is HORRIBLE

So i bought a duvet from happy deals online through bid or buy.They sent the wrong item and when i informed them i was told to ship it back,even though on the website they said incase the what was sold needs to be returned a courier will come to you... BID OR BUY intervened with the below email after i informed the about this:

The only way for you to receive your refund is to return the item back to the seller.

Once the item has been shipped back to the seller, you provide tracking details.

The seller will then process your refund.

Tracking number PE********* the parcel cost me R66.60 to send. Please let me know when you will refund all my money..

The parcel is at their nearest post office and have been taken back and forth about my refund. Imagine if they struggle to return R289+R66 what would other buyers go through.

HAPPY DEALS has made online shopping a living hell..... I am WARNING any future buyers to think twice before buying their stuff.
