RUDE PEOPLE

I want to cancel the loan , That i have not taken out as yet, The reason is that my fiance might get retrenched and i won't be able to afford everything on my own, I emailed them this morning to inform them that i won't be taking the loan anymore, The lady phoned me very Rudely and told me that i can't cancel because i am already registered for taking the loan, I never payed the insurance money as yet, The terms and Conditions state that you will only be registered once the insurance money has been paid, Now all of a sudden i can not cancel, The rude ladies response to me was that , that is what the insurance is for, If i can't pay then the insurance covers me, What is the use of taking a loan if you can't even afford your first monthly installment. This is really ridiculous , I have not signed a contract with them as yet and i have not received the loan but still they tell me i can't cancel the Loan. I will not refer anyone to Happy Cash Loans, There attitude is rude.
