Hapag Lloyd has charged Demurrage charges as well as port Storage. Everyone in the shipping industry knows that these charges are the same thing.

Hapag LLoyd has decided to charge us $43 per container per day demurrage as well as port storage for R189 per container per day. This is a complete money making scheme. They are not outlaying any money for this demurrage but they charge their customers.
